Visa document prep
Visa document prep
Where to apply, in what order, and what to send.
Which website you apply on, the steps in order, and the documents you need. Your visa SOP is not the same as your university SOP. A visa officer reads it, and some countries have a strict character limit.
How this one works
- Runs
- In your browser
- Cost
- Free
- Sign-up
- Not needed
- Sources
- Schools’ and governments’ own websites
Nothing you type is sent unless you press a button that tells you first what it sends. If a school does not publish a number, the tool leaves it blank. It never guesses.
The tool did not load here. Some browsers and privacy add-ons block it inside this page. It works fine in its own tab.
Why this one exists
The visa SOP is not your university SOP
Different reader, different question, and often a hard character limit that surprises people the night before.
The right portal, in the right order
Several countries have more than one system, and doing them out of order costs weeks.
What each one actually asks for
Per country, with the traps that catch people out.
Common questions
Can I reuse my university statement of purpose?
No. The university asks why you deserve a place. The visa officer asks whether you are a genuine student who will comply with the conditions. They are different documents with different answers.
How early should I start?
As soon as you have an offer. Appointment backlogs, not paperwork, are what make people miss an intake.
Is this immigration advice?
No. It is a summary of published requirements. Only the authority named on each source can tell you what applies to your case.
When to talk to a person
This tool works from published facts. It cannot tell you which school to pick, how to explain a gap in your CV, or what your story is. Our consultants help with that.
Involve has helped students get into schools on this list. Your first conversation with us is free.
Talk to a consultant
A free 30-minute call with a consultant who has helped students get into these programmes. They will tell you if your plan holds together, and what they would change. No sales pitch.
