Most students lose a flat, or a deposit, on something nobody told them. Honestly: the portals are there for fourteen countries, the rules for two of them so far, and the tool labels the other twelve “portals only” rather than pretending.

Nothing you type is uploaded unless you press a button that tells you, first, exactly what it sends. Where a figure was not published, this tool leaves a blank rather than a guess — and it prints, at the top of itself, how much of its own data is still missing. That count is the honest one, not this panel.
Where this stops, and a person starts
This tool answers what can be answered from published facts. It will not tell you which school to pick, how to frame the two years you would rather not explain, or what your story actually is — those are judgement, and judgement is what the consultants do.
